Springtime at Heritage Farm

Spring has arrived in a flurry of activity here at Heritage Farm.  Here's a quick peek at what we've been up to lately.  Have a look at our calendar of events and plant to visit us this year.  There's plenty going on, and we'd love to welcome you to Heritage Farm!

Apple Trees in Bloom

Heritage Farm is home to over 900 varieties of heritage apples.  The trees in our historic orchard are in full bloom!

And the walk from the visitors center to the orchard is dotted with beautiful little things.

Heritage Poultry

Each spring, we keep a display of heritage poultry -- chickens, turkeys, geese, and ducks.  The chickens have grown large enough to live in their coop, but the others are still fluffy and need some more time under the heat lamps.

Greenhouse Party

This year we're growing out nearly 100 different varieties of beans from the Heritage Farm Collection, so the folks in the greenhouse have been sowing up a storm!
